Bet4Win Online Betting Site is proud to offer parlay betting option, which gives you an opportunity to win large amounts of money with a very limited gambling risk.
A parlay is the selection of 2 or more teams (up to 8) in no particular order in a single wager. You may combine different sports, spreads and moneylines in win/loss and/or totals betting.
All of the teams wagered on must win for the play to be active. If any one team loses, the entire wager is lost altogether. If there is a tie or cancellation, the parlay reverts to the next lowest number. For example, a 3-team parlay becomes a 2-team parlay. In the event of a tie in a 2-team parlay, the play becomes a straight bet.
Parlay Restrictions
You can not buy points in a parlay.
No parlay bets can be accepted where individual legs are 'connected'.
No parlays are accepted in hockey using the puck line and total in the same game.
No parlays are accepted in baseball using the run line and total in the same game.
Bet4Win Sportsbook reserves the right to restrict parlays on other events as it deems appropriate.
Parlay Payout Rules
When calculating the payouts for a parlay, Bet4Win Online Sportsbook may use an exact calculation, a payout from our standard chart, or a combination of the two. The method used depends on the wagering prices for the games used in the parlay.
When the wagering price for a two-way event is -110 for both sides, we call this a "flat 20 cent line". When all of the items used in a parlay have flat 20 cent lines, the payout is read from our standard chart. For example, our standard payout for a two-team parlay is a win of $26 for a risk of $10. (Customers who prefer decimal pricing should note that -110 converts to a decimal price of 1.909.)
When none, or only one, of the items in a parlay has a flat 20 cent line, an exact payout is calculated using parlay factors obtained from the wagering prices. (Customers who would like to learn how we use parlay factors can request more information from our Customer Service Department.)
When two or more events using flat 20 cent lines are combined with events having other prices, the payout for the group of -110/-110 items is taken from the standard chart. This payout is then multiplied by the parlay factors calculated for the remaining items; the result is the final payout.

Same Game Parlays
Bet4Win Sportsbook does not allow same game parlays when the point spread for the game is 10 or more. The same is true with first half and second half lines when the point spread is five or more. This applies to same game parlays only. You may parlay a game with a point spread of 10 or more to another event.
Soccer Parlays
Accumulators (Parlays, Multis): We accept accumulators on the day of the match only. Clients may win a limited amount on accumulators that share a common selection (team or draw). Should the sum total of the winning accumulators return more than the limit allowed, the client will receive only the prescribed maximum. These limits do not include the amount staked.
