3. Wagers on elections will be graded when the loser concedes defeat; if no concession is made, bets will be graded when the winner takes office. Following reversals or protests will have no effect on the wagering result.

1. For betting purposes, with regard to control of the U.S. Senate, in the case of parity between the Democrats and the Republicans, the Presidential party will be deemed to have control.
2. For betting purposes, with regard to House and Senate vote control, Independents will be counted as Democrats.
3. For contests specifying a percentage of the Rep+Dem or Dem+Rep vote, only votes cast for Democratic and Republican candidates will be used in the calculations; third-party votes will be excluded.
   
   Example: To calculate the Rep % of the Rep+Dem vote, use this formula-
   
   Rep % = (Rep votes ? 100%) ? (Rep votes + Dem votes).
   
   
4. For any state that splits electoral votes, the party with the majority of the state's electoral votes will be considered the winner in that state.
