Q. How do I place a bet with your Sportsbook?
A. Placing a bet with Bet4Win Online Sportsbook is easy as 1-2-3. Just follow the steps below:

1. Log on to your betting account.
2. At the homepage, you will see the links to all betting lines currently available at Bet4Win Online Sportsbook. Click the league you want to bet on, and you will be directed to the page featuring betting lines available for this event.
3. Decide on what team/player to bet on, and enter the wager sum into the appropriate field of the betting lines chart. Confirm your bet when prompted, and you are done!

Q. I have created a betting account however I can't log in. What do I do now?
A. To activate your betting account, you should place your first deposit. Please refer to our Banking Options section for more info on deposit options.

Q. I've got accustomed to the fractional odds format. Can I adjust your site to my needs?
A. Sure. First, you can switch between the odds formats by using the 'Odds Formats' drop-down menu at the left-hand navigation pane of our betting site.
Second, to have the betting lines displayed in the fractional format every time you log on, select the fractional format as your preferred odds format when you register your betting account, or edit your account settings.

Q. I am a citizen of the U.S. Can I use your betting site to place bets?
A. No, citizens of the U.S. are not allowed to register with Bet4Win Online Sportsbook. In case we find a US citizen-owned betting account registered by mistake, we will stop providing betting services to this person immediately and get his/her funds frozen until the matter is clarified.
Note: Some legal restrictions also refer to the Australian citizens, so we do not receive bets from them either.

Q. What is the legal age to place bets at your betting site?
A. You can place bets at Bet4Win.com in case you are 21 years old or older.

Q. Is gambling online legal?
A. It depends on the country. Bet4Win is a legal online sportsbook registered and operated in Costa Rica where gambling is considered to be a legal activity. However the laws differ from country to country, so you should check with your local representative if the citizens of your country can gamble online.

Q. Do I have to pay taxes on my winnings?
A. You should consult your local representative as per the taxation issues specific to your country. We will not disclose details of your winnings or losses to any third parties (as stated in our Privacy Policy). However it is your responsibility to do so and pay the taxes due to your country legislation.

Q. What is the minimum wager amount at Bet4Win Betting Site?
A. The minimum wager amount is $10 for a straight bet, $1 for a parlay, and $1 for a teaser.

Q. What is the maximum wager limit at your sportsbook?
A. The maximum wager amounts may vary depending on the particular sport, type of bet offered and the time relative to the start of the event. For more info, please refer to our Wagering Limits section.

Q. I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my bet. How do I manage this?
A. As stated in our Betting Rules, once confirmed the bet cannot be cancelled by a bettor.

Q. Can I benefit from referring friends to your betting site?
A. Yes, you can earn unlimited amounts of money from every referral you make (the bonus sum depends on the first deposit your friend places on his/her betting account). Q. I have won the bet. Why don't you send me the winning?
A. The winnings are transferred to a bettor upon request. When requesting the winning, you should select one of the withdrawal options offered by our online sportsbook.
Pleasant note: we will reimburse all your transfer fees for one withdrawal per month.
