Terms of Use Agreement

Please read carefully the following Terms of Use Agreement between BETFORWIN S.A. Company and You. By using Bet4Win Online Sportsbook, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Bet4Win Betting Rules and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated below, do not use the Bet4Win betting services in any way.

1. General Rules.

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to an individual's access and/or use of Bet4Win Company's wagering Products and Services which are accessible at www.bet4win.com. Other terms and conditions and/or rules specific to an individual game, contest, special offer or wager may apply and take precedence, and you must familiarize yourself with all such terms and conditions and/or rules prior to participation.

2. Prohibition.

Wagering online might be illegal for citizens of certain countries. You can only use our Products and Services on a Bet4Win Betting Site if it is legal for you to do so as determined by the laws of the country, state or territory in which you live and/or access the Products and Services (the "Local Jurisdiction"). We do not intend that anyone should access our Site or use our Products and Services where such access and/or use is prohibited by applicable law.

In view of the aforesaid, citizens of the United States of America are prohibited to use betting services offered by Bet4Win Online Sportsbook.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bet4Win Betting Site Member to ensure that he/she is fully compliant with all laws relating to online activity and/or gambling in the jurisdiction of the Member's lawful residence. Bet4Win Company, its agents and its affiliates shall in no way accept liability in situations where a Member is in breach of any state, national or international laws.

If your use of our Products and Services is prohibited by law in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing a Site or using a Product you will not be entitled to collect any winnings and we reserve the right to cancel your account without prior notice, void all transactions you have made with us and refund your initial deposit back to you.

3. Restricted Individuals.

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to make a wager at Bet4Win Betting Site. Bet4Win Company reserves the right to void any transactions with minors. In order to prevent conflicts Bet4Win Company can demand the client to present personal identity documents in order to confirm the data the Client has provided during registration.

If you circumvent our controls and do open a betting account with us, we reserve the right to cancel your account without notice, void all transactions you have made with us and refund your initial deposit back to you.

4. Information Provided by the User.

When you register a betting account with Bet4Win Company, you must provide us with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to inform the Company of any changes to that information (including in particular your email address). Each registration is for use by a single user only and each single user is permitted only one registration. On registration, you will choose a user name and password.

You hereby agree that all the information held by the company servers and computers will be considered forfeited evidence. You also agree that this information will be used to deal with your claims.

It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your Username and Password used to access your betting account at Bet4Win Betting Site. If a third party places a bet using a member's account, with or without the consent or knowledge of the account holder, the bet is deemed valid and refunds will not be made. If a member mislays his/her account details, or suspects another person knows these details, it is the member's responsibility to inform Bet4Win Company about the incident and request a new Account ID and Password.

5. License.

Bet4Win is registered as BETFORWIN S.A., operating in Costa Rica. The company has a full license to operate an online site, issued by the Government of Costa Rica. Bet4Win (BETFORWIN S.A) is subject in any case only to the demands of Costa Rica law. All bets on Bet4Win Betting Site (www.bet4win.com) will be considered to have been purchased and received in Costa Rica

6. Taxes.

Bet4Win Company respects your privacy and will not disclose details of your winnings or losses to any third parties since this is your responsibility to do so. If you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings and/or wagers are taxable you must keep track of your winnings and/or wager and report them to the proper authorities. These or any other tax related obligations shall be your sole responsibility and you hereby indemnify us for any liability that we may incur.

7. Service Content and Information.

Bet4Win Betting Site features sports information, tips and advice on betting, text, materials, and betting services (collectively, the "Materials") that are provided for your convenience and enjoyment. Some of the Materials are provided by the Third parties. You should be aware that the Materials might contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, and inadequacies. We do our best to track and censor all information published on Bet4Win Betting Site however we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency or reliability of any Materials and will not be liable for any lack of the foregoing.

In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

Bet4Win Betting Site is protected by copyright (�BETFORWIN S.A. LTD. 2005). Referral, distribution and retention of materials from Bet4Win site may be deemed legal only after receiving written approval of Bet4Win.

8. Modifications.

Any amendments to the terms and conditions presented hereby will be published on Bet4Win.com Betting Site. Changes will be notified by e-mail to customers wherever possible, but it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of the correct current rules.

In case any modification posted on this website is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued use of our betting services following our posting of the amended terms or conditions, as well as posting of the amended content in other sections of our online betting site, will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.

9. Limitation of Liability.

You acknowledge that Bet4Win.com Betting Company should not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your betting activity at Bet4Win Betting Site. Further, Bet4Win.com should not be liable for any losses, if any, incurred as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized misuse of Bet4Win betting services, the inability of any person to connect with or use the site, delay in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors or omissions in content. In any case, Bet4Win Company's liability will not exceed the bet amount or the customer's betting account balance.

We will not be liable for any consequence alleged to have occurred due to force majeure. For purposes of this Agreement force majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to, failure of our central computer system or any part thereof, delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system, any act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, industrial action of any kind or any other circumstance that was beyond our reasonable control.

10. Indemnification.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bet4Win.com Company's Services, its managers, directors, officers and employees, with respect to any and all costs, claims, demands, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your use of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bet4Win.com Company retains the exclusive right to settle, compromise and pay any and all claims, demands, proceedings, suits, actions or causes of actions which are brought against Bet4Win.com Company herein under the terms and provisions of this Section and in no event shall you settle any such claim without Bet4Win.com Company 's prior written approval.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties.

BET4WIN COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR ACTIVITIES OR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LAWFUL IN ANY PARTICULAR JURISDICTION AND, IN ANY EVENT, SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM SUCH WARRANTIES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING ANY OF THE FEATURES OF THE SERVICE, YOU ACT AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOUR ACTIVITIES ARE LAWFUL IN EVERY JURISDICTION WHERE YOU ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

12. Miscellaneous.

Bet4Win does not intend the company's betting site on the Internet to be used for any illegitimate purpose or activity.

Bet4Win Company reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. In this event, or in the event of a customer choosing to close their own account, any existing bets will stand and the full account balance will be paid out after completion of all the events.

A betting account will be closed by Bet4Win Sportsbook in case of 90 days of a player's inactivity; the deposit amount will not be reimbursed.

Bet4Win Company communicates with its Clients via email address listed during the sign-up process. It is important that the customer maintains an active and unique email account in order to provide us with a correct email address and to advise Bet4Win of any changes in the address. Any Customer not having an email address reachable by Bet4Win will have his account suspended until such an address is provided to us.

Bet4Win reserves the right to email its Customers about special promotions or information about future sporting events, and occasionally send important system notifications.
